According to an update by BBC, Prince Charles and Camilla took the royal helicopter to rush by the Queen's side in Balmoral this afternoon. It is also reported that Prince William, along with Prince Andrew and Prince Edward, are also on their way, while Princess Anne is already in Scotland. BBC's royal correspondent Sean Coughlan said:

There are clearly pressing concerns for the Queen’s health– much more explicitly put than before and without any reference to this only being about difficulties with mobility.
Her close family have been informed. Prince Charles and Camilla have travelled to Balmoral and Prince William is on his way.

Coughlan adds that despite the very alarming message and the fact that Royal Family members are rushing to be by the monarch's side, the Queen 'remains comfortable.'

Cause for concern

The Queen's health has been a topic of concern for the past couple of months now, given her advanced age. However, a royal expert believes that the very fact that Buckingham Palace decided to publically announce what is going on with the Queen is a concern in itself. Royal author Robert Hardman told BBC:

The palace don’t normally issue bulletins on the Queen’s health, unless it's significant.
The last time a statement as it were came out of the blue was to let us know earlier this year that she’d been diagnosed with Covid.
