The Royal Family will be getting a new addition in their family this year as Princess Eugenie announced on 24 January that she and her husband, Jack Brooksbank, are expecting their second child. The royal took to Instagram to announce the good news to the world and fans are buzzing.

Additionally, the Buckingham Palace published a statement, as quoted by Sky News:
Princess Eugenie and Mr Jack Brooksbank are pleased to announce they are expecting their second child this summer. The family are delighted and August is very much looking forward to being a big brother.
While Princess Eugenie has not revealed any other details about her pregnancy apart from the fact that they are expecting the arrival in the summer, a few fans have claimed that they knew about the baby since Christmas 2022. One fan wrote:

A new generation in the Royal Family
This is the first time a royal baby has been announced while King Charles has taken over the throne.
The last who joined the family was Princess Beatrice's daughter, Sienna Elizabeth Mapelli Mozzi, who was born on September 18, 2021.
2021 was a huge year for the Royal Family where babies are concerned. Princess Eugenie gave birth to her first child, August, on 9 February. A few months later, on June 4, Prince Harry and Meghan also welcomed their second child, Lilibet Diana into their family.
