‘Fab four’ was a phrase that was earlier used for Prince Harry, Prince William and their wives. However, the latest new picture released by the Royal Family had a different set of fab four - The King and The Queen Consort with The Prince and Princess of Wales.

Is it a photo war?

And just days after the Royal Family released their photo, Prince Harry and Meghan have fresh photographs of them out in the public. The photos were taken just moments before the couple attended the One Young World summit in Manchester three days before Queen Elizabeth II’s death.

Two images have been released by world-renowned celebrity photographer Misan Harriman on his Instagram. The former Suits actress is pictured in the first portrait smiling in a red blouse and matching trousers and holding onto one of Prince Harry's fingers as he stands at an angle behind her in a black suit.

The other picture is an edited black and white photograph of the couple backstage at the youth leadership summit, which showed them again holding hands from a side angle.

Mailonline confirms that there’s no evidence that the Sussexes timed the release of the portrait. However, their new photos have eclipsed the new fab four’s first official photo after Queen Elizabeth II’s death.

What do the photos mean?

According to Sky News, the new photos have come amidst the ongoing tension between King Charles III and the Sussex couple over royal titles for Archie and Lilibet. As Charles has become King, Prince Harry’s children would automatically become Prince and Princess, however, experts claim that the King is reluctant to give that title to them.

Meanwhile, Express claims that fab four’s new photo is a hint for the Sussex couple that there’s ‘no way back.’ Richard Kay, DailyMail’s editor said:

It surely can be no coincidence that the picture was taken when the couple were still in Britain and several days before they returned home to their children Archie and Lilibet. It must, therefore, be yet another signal that they will never again return to their central role in royal life.
