The Royal Family at the Queen's bedside

Elizabeth II had hardly made any public appearances for two months. Then, the Queen's health was said to have deteriorated on Thursday. Her children PrinceCharles, Princess Anne, Prince Edward, and Prince Andrew as well as her grandchildren Prince William and Prince Harry, rushed to her bedside in Balmoral, Scotland.

In the UK, theBBC interrupted all its programmes for a special broadcast on the Queen's condition. The presenter was wearing a black suit and tie, a detail that was not missed by worried internet users.
