But on November 15, 2019, the Duchess of Cambridge took the train to Norfolk to visit the new children's hospital: The Nook. A facility that is dependent on East Anglia's Children's Hospices, to which Kate Middleton lent her patronage.

Today The Duchess of Cambridge, Patron of @eachhospices , opened The Nook, a purpose-built children’s hospice near Norwich. The new hospice contains more areas for clinical care and dedicated therapy rooms, allowing EACH to meet the increased demand for its service and the ever-changing needs of those it cares for. EACH was one of the first charities Her Royal Highness became patron of, soon after her marriage to The Duke of Cambridge. East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices cares for children and young people with life-threatening conditions across Cambridgeshire, Essex, Norfolk and Suffolk and supports their families.

For the occasion, the 37-year-old duchess wore a fuschia skirt and peplum jacket set by Oscar de la Renta. A recycled outfit, as she had already worn it during a visit to the Royal Opera House in London last January, and to a health conference in 2017.

🙌 Thank you to The Duchess’s army of little helpers for their help opening The Nook Hospice @eachhospices! The big green button on the plaque is an interactive switch for children to press that plays 🎶 a bird song. The new hospice, with more areas for clinical care and dedicated therapy rooms than before, will help East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices in their work caring for children and young people with life-threatening conditions across Cambridgeshire, Essex, Norfolk and Suffolk and supporting their families. As for accessories, George, Louis and Charlotte's mother went for a small black Aspinal clutch, square-heeled Gianvito Rossi pumps, and a pair of opaque tights. Although the royal family's protocol advises against wearing them, Kate Middleton has, once more, opted for this accessory anyway, as she did for the "Remembrance Day" ceremony on November 11th.

Although she's had this outfit for a few years, it's still fashionable. Surrounded by dozens of children, the Duchess looked absolutely fabulous. You can check out the pictures in the video...
