Love Island 2022: Here is the confirmed list of contestants for this season

After much speculation and drama, the final list of singletons entering the villa has been released by ITV and it is mind-blowing! As Love Islandmakes its long-awaited return to television, here's all the sexy singletons you need to know about:

Paige Thorne

The 24-year-old Paramedic from South Wales is appearing on the show to find love and bring positive energy to the villa. ‘Mumsy’ Paige confirmed:

I came out of a relationship and I was just so done with guys. Then I was like, 'Ok, I'm bored now I'm lonely and I miss love and the connection and everything else’

Dami Hope

Senior Microbiologist from Dublin is an Aries and 26-years-old. He is hoping to find love in the villa and be open to trying new things. Dami said:

Love Island is a different experience. I will be talking to different girls, it might not go well with some, might go well with others, so it's a fun experience

Indiyah Polack

London Hotel waitress, who is 23-year-old, expects to bring flavour and vibrancy to the show. Describing herself as ‘down-to earth’ Indiyah said:

Love Island particularly is like a closed space and I think it is a great place to get to know someone one-on-one and build a real connection.

Liam Llewellyn

The 22-year-old is currently pursuing his master's in strength and conditioning. He considers himself to be quite an emotional person and said:

22 is a really nice age to meet someone, you’ve got your years ahead of you so you have time to grow together.

Tasha Ghouri

Love Island’s first-ever deaf contestant is all set and excited to be on the show. She added:

My dating life has been a shambles. This is an opportunity for me to find ‘the one’ and have a great summer at the same time.

Davide Sanclimenti

Bringing his Italian charm to the villa, 27-year-old Davide is searching for a soulmate or a serious relationship with someone he can build a future with. He said:

My biggest dream is to find someone I can spend the rest of my life with.

Gemma Owen

Michael Owen’s daughter is said to be as competitive like her father. She goes after what she wants and said:

I am open to finding love, I’m wanting to have a really fun summer.

Ikenna Ekwonna

The 23-year-old works in pharmaceutical sales and has previously been in only one relationship. Expecting to bring spontaneity and excitement to the villa, he said:

I’m not really shy to speak to people I don’t really care too much about what people think.

Andrew Le Page

A real estate agent from Guernsey is always in a relationship and is single for a change. That is what brings him to Love Island to look for love. He said:

I’m a good boyfriend as when I’m with someone I’m all for them.

Amber Beckford

A 24-year-old nanny from London is looking for a boyfriend on the show and doesn’t want to be around flashy guys.

I don’t like flashy guys - just have a personality and make me laugh.

Luca Bish

Luca is a 23-year-old fishmonger from Brighton who is expecting to be this year’s prize catch. He said:

If I think you’re the one or I like you, I’ll take you out on a date but other than that, if we talk and I don’t like where it’s going - then I won’t be throwing out dates.
