It all began when Amber Heard published an op-ed in Washington Post claiming to be a victim of domestic violence. Things went progressively downhill for Johnny Depp as he began losing jobs and the hammer finally hit the nail when Disney announced that they would not be featuring Depp in their world-famous ‘Pirates of the Caribbean movie franchise anymore.

Depp then sued Heard for $50 million dollars for defamation of character. The couple’s divorce has been very public. There have been a lot of incidents that occurred in their catastrophic marriage. However, recently, a few stars have shown their support for Heard, one of them being her ex-lover Elon Musk.
Elon Musk
Elon Musk and Amber Heard apparently met on the set of Machete Kills in 2013. In the film, Heard played the lead role, and Musk made a cameo appearance. The two remained friends, but the duo was speculated to be dating when Heard and Depp's divorce was finalized in January 2016.

According to The Independent, the couple dated 'one and off' from 2016 to 2018. Musk hinted that their final split was due to both of them having a demanding work schedule that just wasn’t compatible. In addition to this, Depp also suspected that Musk and Heard were having an affair long before their divorce was finalized.
As per Vanity FairElon musk along with actor, James Franco will be testifying in the court ‘on behalf’ of Heard.
James Franco
Heard and Franco have previously paired up together for a couple of movies like 2008's Pineapple Express and then in 2015's The Adderall Diaries. Depp accused Heard of having an extramarital affair with Franco as well.
Trisha Paytas
Trisha Paytas is an American influencer and YouTuber who is popular for her controversial beliefs. So it was no surprise that she came out with her support for Heard. In her YouTube video titled ‘the whole Johnny Depp situation…’ she talks about her take on the whole case. She explains that all victims should be heard and how she wouldn’t believe only one person. However, her fans heavily disagreed with her and accused her of trying to establish such controversial opinion in order to stay relevant.
Trisha has been known to make controversial statements such as this, in order to maintain her popularity. She was also accused of domestic violence against her now-husband Moses.
