It turns out Ekin-Su has had more experience with the spotlight than we had anticipated. The bronzed beauty was formerly linked to TOWIE star, James Lock, last year. According to a close source, what the two had was intensely passionate but, over time, fizzled out, before materialising into anything significant. The insider said:
They met through friends and dated for a short time last year. It was a very passionate fling while it lasted but fizzled out

Who is James Lock dating now?
The fling he had with Ekin-Su wasn't the first time Lock had been seen with an islander. The 35-year-old TOWIE star, who has appeared on the reality television program since 2012, has been linked in the past to Love Island's Megan Barton-Hanson.
Currently, Lock has been spotted with fellow TOWIE star Yazmin Oukhellou, whom he had a relationship with in the past, but have since been more of an on and off couple. Back in April 2022, the two were photographed together just two weeks after Lock and Barton-Hanson had publicly called it quits. One source close to Lock revealed that his relationship with Oukhellou tends to veer more towards the negative side. They said:
James and Yazmin getting back together is worrying – they seem to be addicted to each other, but it never ends well. They've had their good times but that has always been overshadowed by huge rows and public fallouts.
