Winter Love Island’s Olivia Hawkins drops a massive update on her relationship with Maxwell

Winter Love Island stars Olivia Hawkins and Maxwell Samuda have been accused of splitting up multiple times ever since leaving the villa. It started when Maxwell attended the Big Weekend launch party in London without Olivia and escalated quickly when he went on a solo trip to Mexico leaving Olivia behind.

Amidst the twisted rumours and not being seen together for a long time, Olivia has finally put an end to the breakup rumours. Speaking to OK! Magazine, the 27-year-old Ring girl revealed how things have been ‘really good’ between the two. She said:

Things between me and Maxwell are really good. We spent pretty much the majority of time together after leaving the villa before I went to spend time with family.

There were rumours that we had split up, but they’re absolutely not true.

On being asked about the future of her connection with Maxwell, Oliviadropped a big bomb as she declared she sees Maxwell being her boyfriend someday. The former Love Island star said:

I definitely see it going long-term.

I’ve never had a boyfriend before, but I definitely see it going in that direction, for sure. I think I’ve just been way too picky in the past when it comes to guys.

Olivia Hawkins on Maxwell’s family

Reportedly, the actress met Maxwell’s father within a week of getting out of the Love Island villa. Olivia revealed that during his first meeting with his father, the Casa Amor bombshell wasn’t even there and she enjoyed a good hour-long chat with his father.

She confessed meeting his father was ‘great’ and said:

I felt like I’d known them for ages, which might be because they’d been watching our journey in the villa. The first time I went to Max’s house, he wasn’t even there!

So I had a cup of tea with his dad for an hour and we just chatted about everything. I haven’t met his mum yet because she lives in Dubai, but I’ve spoken to her on FaceTime.
