Tony Bellew starred in the Rocky spin-off film series called Creed and Creed III and portrayed the fictional character Ricky Conlan, who is a boxer. Bellew has also made several TV appearances and has been a guest on SAS: Who Dares Wins and A League of Their Own.
Tony Bellew also makes his money through brand deals. Indeed the former boxer has deals with Door Sec, CNP Professional and Signature Bespoke clothing, as per Express. Moreover, Tony Bellew often makes appearances on Sky Sports as a pundit.
When asked why he decided to enter the I’m a Celeb jungle, Tony Bellew revealed it was actually his wife, Rachel Roberts, who is the boxer’s childhood sweetheart, who convinced him to do it. As per Hello! He said:
This is going to be very hard and I am apprehensive," he said in a statement to ITV. "I had to think long and hard about doing it because it is so out of my comfort zone and it was my missus who talked me around to doing it.
He also added that he wanted his kids to be proud of him:
I want to come in for the experience and leave a little bit of a trail for my kids who will be able to say: 'My dad did that'. And it is my children who motivate me.
