Mel B’s infamous reveal
Mel B donned what is described as a racy red outfit that was created by her former bandmate Victoria Beckham last year, while she was getting her MBE. The dress had a slash right across the cleavage, as per the Mirror. The event was attended by none other than Prince William, who had to pin a medal on her chest to honor the singer. This is when things took a turn and got awkward.

Mel B’s response to the situation
The awkward moment which had Prince William trying to pin the medal on Mel B’s chest took the internet by storm. The Spice Girl said that Victoria Beckham sure did pull a number on her with the revealing dress that was made specifically for her. She said the following giggling and recalling the incident:
Victoria knew… she knew. I think she did a number on me. I got awarded this medal, you go to Buckingham Palace and William gave me my medal. It was quite embarrassing. I didn’t realize it goes on your chest. Victoria designed my dress for the occasion – and she put a big slit right there. I was like, 'Oh, sorry!'
