Sean Swayze’s recent death has come as a heavy blow to the Swayze clan, almost sixteen years after the loss of Patrick Swayze, the iconic star of Dirty Dancing and Ghost. According to his son Jesse Swayze, Sean died on 15 December in Los Angeles. He is survived by his children, Cassie, Kyle, and Jesse.

Rachel also mentioned a recent project they worked on together, a T-shirt campaign paying homage to Patrick and the enduring legacy of Dirty Dancing. Their bond, strengthened by family memories and shared grief, was clear. She added :
“I know we all planned to have a reunion this summer in Texas, and we will still do that in your honour.”

Although his name was familiar in Hollywood circles, Sean’s main occupation was away from the red carpet — as a Teamster supporting productions and crews.
