Love Island’s Faye Winter warns against cosmetic procedures after her lip fillers' disaster

Faye Winter rose to fame on ITV2’s dating reality show in 2021 with its seventh edition. Ever since her appearance on the show she has been a role model for many people around the world. Seeing her celebrity status and fan following of 1.2 million on Instagram, Faye decided to share her ordeal after she ruined her lips with constant lip fillers.

She is determined to campaign for only professionals ‘to be allowed to carry out fillers after being left with wrinkly lips from constant top-ups.’ Here’s what happened to her!

The 28-year-old recently filmed a video from her lavish bedroom as she recalled her ordeal with cosmetic injections.Faye revealed that instead of getting her lips done by a professional she kept having them topped up. She revealed:

Instead of just having them done by professionals I had to keep having them topped up. I just kept pumping them up, real slowly, to this (as she pointed to a close-up for an enlarged pout) at their biggest.

She added that she had to get them dissolved and said:

At this point, I know I'd gone too far. So I chose to get them dissolved. There wasn't very much I could do with it.

Faye Winter issues warning to people against lip fillers

The Love Island star explained that she then went to a ‘medically trained professional,’ who injected 0.5ml into her lips to help her achieve her desired look, confirmed Mirror. In her caption, she stated that ‘everything has its cost’ before urging others against scrimping on cosmetic procedures.

Faye wrote:

I ruined my face through over filling and not getting the correct advice. I will talk about my journey because I hope one person will learn from my mistakes.

Yes I look back at these photos full of embarrassment and regret, I look back on a girl that had such hateful comments but now I can take them and do some good with them and that’s all I could really wish for.
