Love Island star Danica Taylor met Jamie Allen in the villa this year. The two appeared to have something going on for a while there until she was seen kissing The Only Way Is Essex star Roman Hackett. However, Danica has now cleared the rumours of her link-up with Roman Hackett and split with Jamie Allen.

The 21-year-old Danica was thought to be dating the 27-year-old footballer after the show. The two were spotted together on multiple occasions after the villa. However, Mirror has now confirmed that Danica was never dating. Danica told the publication:
Me and Jamie were never together. We came out the villa and we very much liked each other and things were going well, but it sort of started to fizzle out – he has his life, I have mine.
It's not quite worked out as we planned but it doesn't mean that there wouldn't necessarily be anything in the future, it just means that right now we're just doing our own thing.

She also hinted that this might not be the end of things and said:
I've got nothing but good words to say about him and, who knows really. What will be will be.
Roman and Danica
As she was clearing the air around her split with Jamie, she also confirmed that nothing is going on with The Only Way Is Essex Roman Hackett. Danica was pictured kissing Roman earlier this month. She said:
That is very... It's been misconstrued a lot. It was just a goodbye kiss, it looks a lot worse than what it is.

Danica also added that she’s single and ‘ready to take on the world.’
