What is the movie night?

Movie night hasn’t been a classic show feature, but it was introduced last year. Islanders were made to sit together and they watched a few clips that some of their co-stars didn't know about. Last year, the movie night caused an explosive row between some Islanders. So, is it to return this year, again? According to CapitalFM, producers haven’t given any confirmation on it, so it may or may not return.

The show bosses let slide the ‘postcards’ this season. The postcards essentially contained pictures of islanders during Casa Amor that showed they were up to no good. Thus, creating unnecessary chaos – possibly why they were removed this season. However, if a movie night were to make a comeback this year, it could take place in the week commencing 11 Julyweek six, to be precise. Last year it took place in week five, just a few days after Casa Amor.

Much awaited movie night

This comes after former Love Island star – Amber Gill tweeted that a movie night should take place soon. She wrote on Twitter:

Jax has played it down massively too. ROLL THE TAPES! Movie Night! #loveisland

Meanwhile, fans have guessed that Adam’s arrival in the villa is no coincidence. He has been brought at just the right time for movie night, reports The Sun. Fans believe the ‘devil’ Adam is perfectly poised to swoop if the guys are shamed on screen for their Casa Amor shenanigans. Some of them took to Twitter and wrote:

Movie night would be perfect now that Adam has entered the villa so Paige knows what Jacques was like in.
If they add movie night to adam’s arrival its going to be a disaster all the girls will definitely go for him and more.
