Rehab is the way

The former glamour model’s close friends have claimed that Katie is going through a rough phase in her life. Despite going for her regular therapy sessions, the mum-of-five still needs more help and should reconsider going to rehab.

Her worried friends are ‘begging’ her to prioritise her mental health. A close friend told OK! Magazine:

Friends want Katie to seek long-term help and find something that works for her.
While she still has her weekly therapy sessions, pals think she would benefit from going back to rehab. It’s helped her in the past and they think it would be good for her right now after a tough few weeks.
They just want her to get proper help and for her to be in a positive headspace.

This comes after things with on-off exCarl Woods are expected to ‘only get worse.’ A friend alleged:

Katie hates being single but pals think she needs to work on herself and focus on her mental health.
Katie is the first to admit she’s no angel and she’s made mistakes in the past, but everyone is just looking out for her and wants the best for her.

Katie wants no rehab

Meanwhile, Katie has no desire to go back to a rehabilitation centre irrespective of how much it has helped her in the past. A close friend claimed:

Katie has no plans to return to rehab but is going to her therapy sessions.
