According to The Sun, the mum-of-five headed to the clinic smiling without showing any signs of pre-operation jitters. The 44-year-old was then put in a wheelchair as she was taken for anaesthesia. She was later seen supporting a hospital gown and oxygen mask minutes before her operation.

Katie got into the festive spirit as she dressed in a white crop top and wore a Santa hat for her karaoke night. She flaunted her apparent 16th boob job as she mimed the lyrics to Rihanna’s hit track – Umbrella, reported The Sun.
