So how is Danny Dyer dealing with his condition?

Danny Dyer has hydrocele

As reported by LADBible, Danny Dyer talked about his condition on the When There’s A Will There’s A Wake podcast with host Kathy Burke.

During the episode, he explained that he has had the condition since he was a child, he explained that when puberty hit, the condition started to get worse:

It’s a hydrocele, you’re born with it. So when I started puberty, my bollocks started f**king getting bigger.

He explained that to monitor the condition, he had to have an ultrasound on his testicles, which he described as ‘weird’ and that he was worried about it:

I’ve already had an ultrascan on it back in the day, and it’s worrying me, it’s a f**king big bullock.

As you can imagine, Danny Dyer didn’t stop there with the description, oh no, he had to bring animals and food into it. He said his penis and testicles looked like a ‘f*****g slug on an apple’.

Danny Dyer may have to have cosmetic surgery

Dyer then goes on to explain that to treat it, he may have to consider having cosmetic surgery to remove the excess fluid. However, the actor doesn’t seem keen on surgery just yet:

Obviously I’m very attached to it, cause it’s attached to me.

He does explain that some days he thinks about getting the surgery as the swelling is just so big, and says it almost looks like a little head in between his legs:

But on some days, you look down and it does look like a little human head with wispy hair on the top. It’s just something I do feel I probably should f**king get it done.

Mayo Clinic does say that the condition isn’t usually painful or harmful and doesn’t always need to be treated.
