New pictures of Danniella Westbrook came out Monday 2 July that left fans of the EastEnders actress shocked. In those pictures, Westbrook was captured trying on wedding dresses several weeks after her reconstructive surgery.

Westbrook had to undergo reconstructive surgery due to her years of intense drug use that left her completely changed. In an interview she said that her ‘nose is notorious’ and that is so because her septum bone collapsed. Moreover, Westbrook now suffers from osteoporosis which is a condition that ‘weakens bones, making them fragile and more likely to break’ according to the NHS.
Since the pictures came out on Monday, others have been released of the actress exercising outside and in her underwear. People speculated that the pictures were of Danniella Westbrook getting ready for her upcoming wedding.
But now, 6 July 2023, the actress is posting cryptic messages on her Instagram and rumours are flying that she and her fiancée have broken up.

Who is David? Danniella Westbrook's supposed fiancé
While Westbrook has been quite candid about her relationship, David’s identity remains a secret.
David's surname has not been revealed and Danniella says that 'nobody knows his last name, but I do obviously.’ Only in February of 2023, David's face was revealed in The Sun.
According to the publication, Danniella Westbrook and David (no surname) met in Spain in 2016. After their meeting, the two started dating on and off.
Until 2019 the two were not officially together. The Sun reports that after losing touch and not being in constant contact, the two rekindled their flame when David was sent to prison. The publication alleged that David was sent to jail for ‘counterfeit goods and engaging in various physical altercations.’
In February 2023, Danniella herself spoke about the relationship. She told the Daily Star:
Everything is really good he will be home at the end of the year probably just before my birthday in November. I can't wait to have him back home
As stated by Westbrook, the wedding was set to happen when David got back from jail later in 2023. That news explained why Danniella was seen trying on dresses. Moreover, the actress talked about the proposal and how it happened. Of course, it could not be an easy and traditional proposal as David is in jail.
Westbrook explains that David somehow found a way:
he gave me a Haribo ring today - we were eating Haribos on the visit today and he gave me a Haribo ring
According to what Danniella Westbrook said to the Daily Star, the wedding was going to be a small event:
We are definitely getting married still - I think we are going to do something a lot quieter here and there and go away just us.
Danniella Westbrook’s cryptic posts
Earlier in 2023 and in July of the same year, Westbrook talked about and made moves to prepare for her wedding to David. Pictures of her in a wedding dress went viral on Monday 2 July.
But as of now, 6 July 2023, things talked about on Monday are no longer true. It would appear that Danniella Westbrook and David have broken up. The rumours surfaced after an unnamed source in The Sun said:
Both Danniella and David have decided to cancel their wedding plans and, it seems, their whole relationship
To add fuel to the fire, Danniella’s Instagram activity has been the most bizarre… if not cryptic. Since 5 July 2023, the actress has been sharing quotes on her profile and in her stories.
On 5 of July she posted:
Then, today, 6 July, she continued sharing inspirational quotes that could have a strong underlying meaning.
In her stories, Danniella has also been busy.
