Radcliffe’s West Village condo
Positioned in the heart of Manhattan’s landmark locality is the Guns Akimbo star’s former condo, which he bought in 2008. Radcliffe recently sold the 2,445 square foot home for $5.3 million to Fokke de Jong, a Dutch fashion mogul, as per Architectural Digest.
The star-studded building has seen some really popular tenants and owners over the years. Big names such as Oliver Stone, Mike Myers, Mary-Kate and Ashley Olson, Amy Poehler, and Will Arnett have all called the building their home at some point in time.
Unique features of the condo
Occupying the 11th floor is the expansive three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom apartment. Being extremely spacious and airy, it offers spectacular views of the Hudson courtesy of its curved floor-to-ceiling windows.
The condo is equipped with a library/media room, steam showers in two of the bathrooms, and a V-shaped chef’s kitchen, as per NY Post. With two breakfast bars, it is nothing short of luxury.
