Cardi B on Sunday announced that is expecting baby number two with her husband, Offset. The rapper made this announcement during a live performance with Migos—a group her husband is a part of— at the 2021 BET Awards ceremony. The two are already parents to two year-old daughter, Kulture.

Halfway through Migos performance of the live debut of Type Shit,Cardi B appeared on stage to perform her verse. She was dressed in a rhinestone-covered black jumpsuit that gave the audience more than a generous peek of her baby bump.
This is the second time she is announcing a pregnancy during a live performance. In 2018, she made her first public appearance as an expectant mum while performing Be Careful at SNL.
Cardi B and Offset secretly married in 2017, before splitting up in 2018 after she gave birth that same year. The two have had an on-and-off relationship ever since.
Cardi B was nominated for five awards at this year's BET Awards: Best Female Hip Hop Artist, Best Collaboration ('WAP' ft. Megan Thee Stallion), Video of the Year ('WAP' and 'Up') and Viewer's Choice Award ('WAP'). She and Megan Thee Stallion took home the award for Video of the Year, although Cardi B did not appear on stage to accept the award, saying she'd overdone it.
