It's fair to say Jordan Peele is officially the King of Horror. Coming off the heels of his mega-hit directorial debut Get Out in 2017 followed by doppelgängers thriller Us, Peele's latest addition to the horror anthology is Nope. Starring Get Out's Daniel Kaluuya and new additions to the Peele universe like Keke Palmer,Steven Yeun and Brandon Perea, here are 3 reasons to say 'Yup' to Jordan Peele's film Nope.

Fans of Jordan Peele were first introduced Daniel Kaluuya in Peele's now culture defining Get Out that became an instant cult film favourite. Now, a global super star with an Oscarunder his belt for his performance of historical Black activist Fred Hampton in Judas and the Black Messiah,Kaluuya in role in yet another starring is sure be already iconic. This time, fans of the Peele universe will be Kaluuya play a Hollywood horse wrangler taking over the family horse business, but with a lot less horsin' around than you expect.

There are hidden meanings everywhere

Same as with Peele's previous movies, motifs are everywhere. Nope is no different with everything from horses to unhinged monkeys, nothing is off limits with every scene already turned into memes by fans, according to Screenrant. One theme with a deeper meaning that stands out is horses. The film opens up with a sequence of Black horse rider — the first motion picture photographs ever made by inventor Edward James Muggeridge. Coined, 'The Horse in Motion', Nope brings history in full circle to the 21st century, giving way to endless theories.

In Nope, analienpresence haunts society, hiding in the form of a cloud in the sky. At any given moment, the alien force could lurking in the sky, sure to keep us clinging to the end of our seats in every scene.

Nope is out in theatres July 22 (US) and August 12 (UK).
