Have you heard of the impala? This large mammal found throughout the steppes of the South and East of the African continent is a part of the gazelle family. The peculiarity of the impala is found in its very long legs and in the beautiful grey-bluish horns which the males have.

Newborn

Impala newborns should not take too long to stand on their feet. In fact, in the savannah, danger is always around the corner, and the little one must quickly be ready to run! That's why its mother encourages it, shortly after it is born, to stand on its tall and long, slender legs.

Adorable

In this video shot by animal photographer Brendan Cole, in South Africa, we can witness (lucky us!) the first steps of a young impala! It's so cute!
