Scarlett Johansson Dazzled Everyone In Her Transparent, Strapless, Silver Dress At The 2020 Oscars

To take on the red carpet at the Oscars ceremony in Hollywood on Sunday 9th February 2020, Scarlet Johansson opted for a spectacular golden dress that really showed off her curves.

On Sunday 9th February 2020 for the 92nd Oscars ceremony, Scarlett Johansson dazzled the crowd more than she ever has before. Nominated for both ‘Best Actress’ and 'Best Supporting Actress’, she posed for the photo-call alongside co-star Colin Jost.

A spectacular dress

To take on the red carpet at the legendary event that every year rewards the best cinematographic performances, the 35-year-old appeared in a silver dress. Designed by the fashion house Oscar de la Renta, this strapless dress was very original and showed off the multiple flowers she has tattooed on her back. The top was fashioned out of a transparent, mesh material with silver threads sewn into it whereas the bottom of her outfit was made of silver satin and really emphasised the beautiful American actress’ curves.

As for her hair, the beautiful blonde wore her hair in a bun with curls hanging down which shaped her face, decorated with a silver accessory that perfectly matched her outfit. She also adorned her eyes with a brownish, smoky, glittery eyeshadow effect with a little lightness created with some gold eyeshadow.

Scarlett Johansson: never without her flask!

Although her amazing dress didn’t fail to receive lots of comments on social media, this wasn’t the only reason that people were talking about the actress. When she stepped out onto the red carpet, Scarlett Johansson took a quick break to quench her thirst with a flask that was shaped like a banana! No, you’re not dreaming. The star didn’t hesitate to whip out her bright yellow accessory which seemed to really amuse the internet.
