It turns out lots of her fans couldn't - as she posted some throwback photos to her Instagram account last week which left many of her followers speechless!
Whilst Katie is almost unrecognisable in the snaps, several fans were quick to point out the striking resemblance between the younger Katie and her eldest daughter, Princess Tiaamii who is now aged 11.
Over the years, Katie has had numerous surgical procedures, including fillers and 10 boob jobs - and her look has even inspired others to go under the knife too.
Honestly, though, we think Katie looked gorgeous before it all.
