While it’s true that not many of the relationships formed on Love Island last a long time, there are some true love stories of couples who met in the villa. Camilla Thurlow and Jamie Jewitt are one of them. After meeting on Love Island in 2017, they welcomed a baby girl last year and have now officially tied the knot.

Camilla and Jamie’s wedding

Fellow Love Island series 3 alumnus Marcel Somerville was one of the guests on the day and shared some footage and pics from the wedding on his Insta story. Camilla and Jamie had an outdoor wedding ceremony beneath white blossom trees with guests seated on rows of white chairs.

This was followed by a lavish meal of seared scallops with Toulouse sausage and cauliflower purée, beef Wellington with wild mushroom duxelles and Madeira jus and lemon tart with clotted cream and raspberries.

Who was at Camilla and Jamie’s wedding?

Marcel and his fiancée Rebecca Vieira were among the guests at the wedding. X Factor star Jake Quickenden was also in attendance with his partner Sophie Church. And of course the most important guest of all—Jamie and Camilla’s daughter Nell was also seated in a high chair at the top table.

A group picture shared by Jake Quickenden on his Insta grid also showed Camilla’s beautiful white dress. After Jake was criticised by followers for posting photos from the wedding, he took to his Instagram story to point out that there were cards on the tables asking people to post pictures from the ceremony and reception with the hashtag #JustJewitt.
