'They are both very sad about it'
Earlier this week, a source close to the couple confirmed that the two had officially called it quits. The insider said:
Katie and Carl have decided to split up. It's been a difficult few months and their court cases have just added even more stress to the situation.
And added:
It really seems to be over for now and they are both very sad about it. But, of course, no one would be surprised if they got back together.

Is the breakup a publicity stunt?
However, in a bid to garner more publicity, users on social media believe Katie Price and Carl Woods have staged their big breakup. And we must admit, their detective skills are quite impressive.
Following the breakup, Price uploaded a video on social media in which some fans believe they could see the reflection of a man, believed to be Woods, on a window. After many started commenting what they were suspicious of, Price quickly deleted the video—which only makes their theory even more credible. One user said:
Obviously skint again pretending they have split. He was with her in her story's then deleted it cos he was in the window reflection.
While another fan quipped:
Seeing as he's in the background messing with his phone or possibly a tablet, on her latest insta story (look at window reflection). I'm guessing (their split is) a stunt.
Neither Price nor Woods have made an official statement regarding the breakup on their social media accounts.
