Chris Brown is spotted in London–has his ban finally been lifted?

The rumours have been confirmed–Chris Brown is in London. Fans spotted him at a restaurant in Mayfair.

The singer also posted a photo of himself with girlfriend Ammika Harris and their son Aeko and captioned it 'MADE IT.' Although he didn’t tag a location on his Instagram post, fans are almost certain the family of three are sitting on a bench in London’s Victoria.

The singer is banned from the UK

But what is he doing in London? Brown was banned from entering the UK back in 2010 after he was arrested for assaulting his then-girlfriend Rihanna after a Grammy's party. He hasn't been back in the country since then. The Home Office said:

We reserve the right to refuse entry to the UK to anyone guilty of a serious criminal offence. Public safety is one of our primary concerns.

Has his ban been lifted? Brown finished his probation period in 2015 and it seems like the UK has finally decided to forgive him...
