A cat called BenBen was found in critical condition with severe injuries involving a crushed backbone. It is suspected that the injuries were most likely caused by a vicious dog attack.

When a shelter took pity on the animal, they decided to bring him to a vet to assess the damage, but the results were less than encouraging. The vet confirmed that is was unlikely that BenBen would ever walk again.
Unfortunately the shelter realised that they would be unable to continue caring for the cat and were considering the difficult option of putting it down. However when an assistant vet stumbled upon the animal, she took it under her wing and everything rapidly began to change.
