Taking longer to fall asleep, poor sleep, reduced melatonin (sleep hormone)... The Full Moon can do a number on us!
In astrology, there is a link between episodes of insomnia and the Full Moon. This phase is favorable to revelations, but also to instinctive and impulsive behaviors... that is why one might feel more tension on Full Moon nights.
Some people are more sensitive than others. To know if this is your case, keep a notebook next to your bed. You can then very easily observe your body's reaction on the nights before and after the Full Moon.

1. The time you fall asleep.
2. Your waking state (do you feel tired, rested...?).
3. Your sleep time.
4. Finally, the type of dreams you had. If you take a long time to fall asleep, sleep less than usual, or even feel more anxious, then you are certainly moon sensitive!
