It is no wonder this grateful feline claimed her place upon her rescuer's shoulder and made sure she goes with him. The incident brings a smile to all our faces, as young man, Ryan Coleman grins with his new furry companion rubbing against his stubble.
Ryan, who found the desperate kitten amongst debris and leftovers that were struck by the fires, gives out his condolences to all those affected: "My heart and prayers go out to the more than 2,000 families that lost their homes and and all the people that lost loved ones"
